Shipping Policy

Once your item has shipped, DSC is not responsible for the order beyond shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Track the order and stay updated with the carrier.

  • Ensure someone is present to receive the package.

  • Enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Covering the cost of reshipment.

  • Covering the full cost of replacement if the original item is not returned.

We’ll always do our best to assist with any delivery issues, but final responsibility rests with the customer.


Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of receiving it.
Please include:

  • A description of the damage

  • Photos of the item and its packaging

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.


Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing, first check with the shipping carrier.
We can help by providing documentation or information for your claim.

If the issue is due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all replacement and reshipment costs.


Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damaged products.
Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and weights carefully before ordering.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order is processing or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
