Shipping Policy: Once you item is shipped, DSC is not responsible for any orders past shipment. It is upon the customer’s responsibility to check in on the status of their order and connect with the specified shipping carrier to ensure the customer is present when the package arrives. DSC will do its best in assisting in any issues however it is ultimately the customers responsibility to ensure the address they input is correct to avoid issues with package delivery. In the event that the address was incorrectly provided, the customer will need to cover the costs of reshipment of the product at a minimum and may be subject to covering costs of the product in full if the missing product(s) isn't properly returned.
Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with a clear description of the damage and photos of the item and packaging. Once we verify the damage, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. Missing Items: If you believe an item is missing from your order, please first check with the shipping company. If you need assistance with the shipping company’s claims process, we are happy to provide necessary information or documentation. If this missing product is due to incorrect address or insufficient info, the customer is responsible to cover costs of replacement of the product, including shipping fees.
Returns for Other Reasons: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damaged products. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, including dimensions and weight, before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
